Pastor Oscar has served God for over 40 years. He has been blessed with three children and 11 grandchildren. He was baptized at Glendale Apostolic Church. Later, God called him to Surprise Apostolic Church to assist in growing the congregation. He was ordained as a minister under Pastor Frank Hernandez of Apostolic Faith Center.
In 2008, Pastor Oscar was chosen to serve at West Phoenix Apostolic Church. He led in the Assistant Pastor role for a decade. After patience, perseverance, and the utmost faith in God, he has now become the pastor of Word of Life Apostolic Church.

Sister Estella has served along-side her husband, Pastor Oscar, faithfully for over 40 years. She enjoys counseling others, outreach, and helping the church grow in anyway possible.
